Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of the financelink.it website and the Finance Link platform. By creating an account or buying a subscription you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Finance Link is a brand offering trading education and financial market analysis tools.

2. What the service offers

With an account and an active subscription you get access, depending on the plan, to:

• the academy courses, with quizzes and a final certificate;
• the signals room, with trade ideas published for information purposes;
• the analysis tools: indicator, economic calendar, calculators, backtests and strategies;
• the Finance Link AI assistant, which runs on credits;
• the members' community.

Finance Link is not a bank, a broker or a financial advisory firm. It does not receive or manage clients' money to invest it, it does not open positions on your behalf and it does not give personalised advice.

Finance Link may receive a commission from partner brokers when you open an account through its links and trade. We tell you clearly so you can take it into account when assessing our content.

3. Eligibility

To use the service you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. The details you provide when registering must be true and up to date.

4. Account and security

Your account is personal. Keep your password safe and do not share access with other people. If you think someone has used your account, write to us straight away.

5. Prices and payments

Prices are shown in euros on the purchase page, before payment. The subscription is paid in advance for the chosen period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months), in cryptocurrency, on the networks shown when you place the order.

Access is activated once the payment has been received and checked. The subscription does not renew automatically: when it expires, you decide whether to renew it with a new payment.

Finance Link AI credits are bought separately. They are not money, cannot be converted into cash and can only be used inside the platform.

Network fees for the cryptocurrency transfer are paid by you. A payment sent on a network other than the one shown, or with the wrong amount, may not be recoverable.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason: just write to support@financelink.it.

If you have already used the service during those days, we refund the part of the subscription you have not yet used, in proportion to the remaining days. Finance Link AI credits already used are not refundable.

The refund is made with the same means used to pay, within 14 days of the request.

7. Signals and content are for information only

Signals, analyses, levels, results and the AI assistant's answers are informational and educational content. They are not personalised recommendations or an invitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Trading decisions are yours alone, and so are their results.

Past results, even when real and documented, do not guarantee future results. Before trading, read the risk warning.

8. Fair use

You may not:

• resell, copy or publish elsewhere signals, lessons and other platform content;
• share your account or login details;
• use automated programs to extract data from the website;
• use the service unlawfully or to harm other users.

If these rules are not followed we may suspend or close the account, after letting you know.

9. Affiliate programme

Members of the affiliate programme can earn commissions on subscriptions paid by the people they invited. Rates, thresholds and payout methods are shown in the partner portal and may change; commissions already earned remain valid.

10. Intellectual property

Finance Link's texts, courses, charts, indicators, software, brand and logo are protected. With the subscription you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for the duration of the subscription.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, faults or supplier problems. Market data, prices and calendars come from external sources and may contain delays or errors.

To the extent permitted by law, Finance Link is not liable for losses arising from your trades or from decisions based on the platform's content. This does not affect the rights the law grants to consumers, which these terms do not limit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Important changes are announced at least 15 days in advance, by email or inside the platform, and do not apply to the period you have already paid for.

13. Governing law and complaints

If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the law of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts of the place where you live.

For a complaint, write to support@financelink.it: we reply within 14 days.
